Jose Moore

Jose Moore is a Texas entrepreneur and investor with business interests in construction support services and commercial real estate. Based in the Austin area, Moore is best known as the founder of Moore Clean LLC, a company that has expanded into several major metropolitan markets throughout Texas over the past two decades.

Founded in 2001 with limited startup capital, Moore Clean LLC began as a small operation in Abilene, Texas. The company then relocated to Austin Texas, where it experienced it’s initial growth. Over time, it expanded into San Antonio, Houston and Dallas, including additional cities in-between. It’s main focus was on lot sweeping, construction site cleanup, commercial property services, roadway support, and large-scale retail property maintenance.

Moore has emphasized technology integration, operational scalability, and service consistency within an industry traditionally viewed as fragmented and heavily dependent on outdated systems. His growth-oriented strategy helped position Moore Clean LLC as one of the more recognizable independently operated street sweeping cleanup companies in Texas. Over the years, the company has continued expanding its regional footprint through acquisitions, operational growth, and long-term commercial partnerships across Texas.

In addition to the construction services sector, Moore maintains investments in commercial real estate and land development projects throughout the state. Industry estimates place his combined business and real estate holdings in the multi-million-dollar range, with an estimated personal net worth approaching approximately 35-40 million USD.

Moore also serves as a Trustee on the Board at Abilene Christian University. In 2025 he was an honoree of the University’s Alumni Entrepreneur Award. Jose has participated in multiple youth and community development initiatives throughout central Texas, primarily aimed at supporting the undeserved.
